As summer comes to a close, please join us in Founder’s Park and around Tributary as we say officially say good bye to Summer and welcome Fall and all it has to offer!

This is the LAST Jazz concert in the series, so please join us us Founder’s Park Sunday evening from 6-8P for great entertainment, lots of vendors, and the company of the community and your neighbors!

Friday, September 24^th Family Movie Night- 8:30-10:30pm Founders Park. The last one of the season. Bring a blanket, your favorite beverage and enjoy the show. Movie: Killers (PG13)

Saturday, September 25^th Tributary Yard Sale 8am-1pm. It’s that time of year again! Bring your items and set up at Founders Park if you like or set up at home. This sale will include both Riverbanks and Village so it is sure to be huge. Please remember that you need a permit regardless of where you have your items! Permit applications can be obtained at the Douglasville Court House located at 6695 Church Street or you can pick on up at the front desk of the VAC. You must send the application and payment to the Douglasville Court House or take it in person. The cost $2.

Saturday, September 25th Co-ed Poker 6:30pm Coed Poker is at the home of Ed Berry at 9124 Hanover Street (RBX). You won’t want to miss this event as Ed will have his friend Jason making barbeque again. NEW TIMES as food and fellowship begins around 6:30 PM and Texas Holdem begins at 7:30 PM. There is a $10 buyin for Poker. Instead of bringing entrees, you can contribute toward the BBQ or bring sides or a dessert, also don’t forget to BYOB. Membership fees can be paid at this meeting.

Saturday, August 21^st Tributary ALTA Team City Championship Party 6-11pm VAC. Members of Julio’s Tributary Mixed ALTA Team who last weekend clinched the City Champion title will be celebrating their amazing season.

Wednesday, August 25^th Cub Scout Welcome Meeting 7-8pm VAC. Come see all that Scouting has to offer! Boys grades 1^st-5^th invited. Karmen Thornton from Boy Scouts of America will be here with information on putting together a pack here at Tributary.

We are so proud of the Tributary Tennis Team! Good luck and stay hydrated in this heat… We know that you can do it!

We are so excited about this!  Jazz is coming to Tributary… Every Sunday evening in September (weather permitting of course).  Concerts in Founders Park are the BEST!

Rosa has been working on this event and we are so excited to announce it!  We hope that you will join us on Sundays in September in Founders Park for Jazz on the Green from 6-8P.  What a great way to end your weekend… See you out there~

Tributary has the most breathtaking streetscapes, thanks to the fantastic architecture and the beautiful canopy of street trees! Speaking of, over the next few months, you may notice that they will be pruning and limbing up the trees so that our taller residents can stroll on the sidewalks without interruption! In the same category of community maintenance, you will also notice that the pinestraw is also being refreshed as we speak… If you have not taken a walk outside today, you should, we live in an amazing community! We get SO many compliments from prospective homeowners and visitors on a daily basis on what a wonderful job everyone does with their lawn maintenance and how spectacular Tributary looks! Thanks for doing your part! If you have any pictures that you would like to share, please do. You can post them on Facebook and tag us in them!

We hope that everyone had a chance to see “Killers” by now!  We packed out the theater!  How fun to see our community showcased and as the backdrop for Hollywood!  The after party at the “Killers” house was perfect (thanks, Patricia!) and our favorite part was the YUMMY cake pops!  We have the best and most creative residents (thanks Christina)!  Let’s do it again soon!

Pool season is in full gear!  What a beautiful week to be at the pool… and in Tributary for that matter!  We love this quote from resident Lisa Faircloth…”Today our family celebrates our 2-year anniversary with the Tributary subdivision and can’t believe it’s only been 2 years. I love this place so much, and have made such an amazing network of friends, a few who I feel like I’ve known forever. Thank you, God, for bringing us here!”  We are lucky to have such a terrific group of residents!
