You can't have everything? Says who? Tributary embraces all the best qualities of America's classic neighborhoods and places them 20 minutes from downtown, Vinings/Galleria and the airport, and right next to a 2,500-acre nature preserve.

Here you can walk from your home to a park in seven minutes or less, even if you pause a couple of times to greet your neighbors. There are parks by the dozens - playgrounds, social parks, a skate park, off-leash dog parks and even a bocce park. And at the heart of it all, there's Founders Park - where you are likely to find residents laying on blankets, playing flag football, checking e-mail (it's a WiFi hotspot), and gathering for concerts, movies, and other community functions. There are also neighborhood activity centers with swimming pools, a fitness center, a basketball court, tennis center, an athletic field complex, and even our own private mountain biking trail.

You can move around Tributary comfortably and confidently, walking everywhere along tree-lined, five-foot sidewalks and passing by neighbors seated on their front porches. Our sidewalks will take you to our trail system, which will take you into Sweetwater Creek State Park, 2,500 acres of forested trails, streams, picnic areas, fishing docks, historic sites, wildlife and the 215-acre Sparks Reservoir.

The first phase of our Village Center, currently planned to present approximately 500,000 square feet of retail and mixed-use specialty space, is now under construction and will introduce boutique shops, convenience services, and restaurants to Tributary.

The Village at Tributary. Like the feel of Intown living? The Village offers single-family detached homes and townhomes, most with alley-fed, rear-entry garages, and reflects the architecture of America's classic pre-1940's streetscapes. Homes are priced from the low-$200,000's to $2 million.

River Banks at Tributary. Looking for a more traditional suburban home with a basement or maybe even a cul-de-sac site? Check out the River Banks where suburban homes with front- or side-entry garages and larger sites are priced from the mid-$200,000's to the low-$500,000's.
