The Village Activity Center contains a fitness center with the latest cardio and strength training gear, 2 pools, and an outdoor gathering area with a fire pit.

The River Banks Activity Center features a Junior Olympic-sized pool, a playground for kids of all ages and will soon have a few barbecue grills for the perfect afternoon picnic.

Sixteen hard-surface courts are planned at Tributary, four of which are now ready for play. Residents can enjoy a match from the tennis center's outdoor patio or from a built-in viewing area overlooking exhibition courts. Inside the tennis clubhouse, residents will be able to reserve courts, schedule lessons or relax in the gathering area.

A full-service tennis shop which will provide tennis apparel, equipment and racket stringing services, will open soon.
